This beautiful handcrafted fan is made for us by Native American artist La Ne Ayo. The deer hide leather is accented by beaver fur wrapped on the handle adorned with hand placed glass beads. The fan is approximately 18" in length and 7.5" wide at the widest point. Sizes may vary due to natural variations in the materials used.
This Authentic Native American fan comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from the artist (Creek Indian)
There is also a note from the artist about this piece and it reads as follows
"The Prayer Fan is given as a gift to heal the heart. Just as ancient Americans used the feathers to send prayers to the heavens and draw healing power from the sky, and so with all sincerity we hope such healing goes with you with every footstep. "
